To measure wrists: Take a strip of paper and wrap it around the wrist at the base of the palm, making a mark where it meets. Lay the paper flat and measure the distance. Take that number and add 1.5" for a comfortable fit size. 

The bracelet measures 6.5” in length and includes an extension chain with links at 7" and 8.25"  that has a green fluorite charm at the end, making it a total of 8.75" in length. (fits many wrist sizes)
