Do you have more crystals than I see online?

Yes, we do! We frequently host live sales on social media with crystals that we just unpacked. If you want to know what we have in our "secret stash" use our contact form, email us or contact us on Instagram (or Facebook).

When will my order arrive?

Our goal is to provide you with your crystals as fast as possible!

Processing can take between one and seven business days. Shipping speeds vary with your selection at check out, weather, and carrier delays. Our goal is for your package to arrive in the US under 14 business days. Outside of the US can take up to six weeks. More shipping information.

What forms of payments do you accept? 

We accept: PayPal, Google pay, Shopify pay, Apple pay, Visa, Discover, Mastercard, and American Express.

Are my payments secure?

100% yes! Absolutely! All of our globally trusted payment gateways are always secure. We are not able to see any of your private account information... Only you, and your payment gateway can see that info. 

Do you ship Internationally

Yes! You can view shipping rates at checkout. It's recommended to stock up on items for a bulk order to save the cost of shipping multiple orders. All items are one of a kind. If an item is out of stock and you would like something similar, contact us to find out if we can get more.

To ship an item to Canada, USPS first class international is the best option. If you prefer UPS ground, please be sure to choose that option at checkout but beware UPS charges brokerage fees on top of customs fees.

Shipping overseas, USPS First Class International is best. It is the most expensive up front but you don't have as many added fees such as brokerage fees that UPS charges. 

We are not responsible for customs or brokerage fees, each country is different in pricing so we recommend you look up the rates for your country before purchasing.

What is your refund policy?

If your item is damaged in shipping, YOU need to keep the original box and file a claim with USPS or UPS. They require the original box to make a final decision on a refund. We cannot contact the shipping carriers for a refund, only the customer can

For crystal orders, all sales are final. If your crystal arrives broken but your box was not damaged, contact us and we will work out a solution.
