When will my order arrive?

Our goal is to provide you with your products as fast as possible!

Processing can take between 1 and 3 business days. Regarding Shipping: Expect your product to arrive within 2 to 4 weeks. 

What forms of payments do you accept? 

We accept: Paypal, Google pay, Shopify pay, Apple pay, Visa, Discover, Mastercard, Jcb, American Express, Diners club.

Are my payments secure?

100% Absolutely! All of our globally trusted payment gateways are always secured. We are not able to see any of your private account information... Only you, and your payment gateway can see that info. 

Also: All of the payment channels offer options to request refunds or open disputes very easily, should you find you're dissatisfied with your order or my services. You're protected no matter what!

 What is your refund policy?

If your order was damaged or not as expected, we can swap it out for a new one or process a return for a refund. Just snap a photo of the issue, send it to us, and we'll get it sorted out ASAP. Use our contact form to get this process started.

If 45 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

 If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment ASAP!
