When will my order arrive?

Our goal is to provide you with your products as fast as possible!

Processing can take between 1 and 3 business days. Regarding Shipping: Expect your product to arrive within 7 to 10 days. 

What forms of payments do you accept? 

We accept: Paypal, Google pay, Shopify pay, Apple pay, Visa, Discover, Mastercard, Jcb, American Express, Diners club.

Are my payments secure?

100% Absolutely! All of our globally trusted payment gateways are always secured. We are not able to see any of your private account information... Only you, and your payment gateway can see that info. 

Also: All of the payment channels offer options to request refunds or open disputes very easily, should you find you're dissatisfied with your order or my services. You're protected no matter what!

Do you ship Internationally

Yes! You can view the shipping rates at checkout, it's recommended to stock up on items for a bulk order to save the cost of shipping. If an item is a one of a kind and you are waiting for new stock, feel free to contact me on how to combine your order. 

If you are wanting to ship an item to Canada, USPS international shipping has been reliable. If you prefer UPS ground, please be sure to choose that option at checkout. 

If you are wanting to ship an item overseas, I HIGHLY recommend choosing DHL for your shipping method. USPS First Class International is NOT reliable once it leaves customs and there is no way to track your item if it becomes lost. This HAS been an issue in the past where USPS has lost an item overseas. 

I am not responsible for Customs fees, each country is different in their pricing so I recommend you look up the rates for your country before purchasing.

What is your refund policy?

On jewelry orders, if your order was damaged, we can swap it out for a new one or process a return for a refund. Just snap a photo of the issue, send it to us, and we'll get it sorted out ASAP. Use our contact form to get this process started.

If 45 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment ASAP!

If your item is damaged in shipping, you need to keep the original box and file a claim with USPS. They require the original box to make a final decision.

For crystal orders, all sales are final. If your crystal arrives broken, contact me and we will work out a solution.
