FAQ
Do you have more jewelry than I see online?
Yes, I do! I am always creating more pieces for markets around the Spokane area that haven't made it to the website yet. If you have a specific crystal or color you are looking for, don't hesitate to ask! You can reach out via our contact form or contact us on Instagram (or Facebook).
When will my order arrive?
Our goal is to deliver your jewelry as quickly as possible!
Processing can take between one and five business days. Shipping speeds vary with your selection at checkout, weather, and carrier delays. Our goal is for your package to arrive in the US under 14 business days. More shipping information.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept: PayPal, Google pay, Shopify pay, Apple pay, Visa, Discover, Mastercard, and American Express.
Are my payments secure?
100% yes! Absolutely! All of our globally trusted payment gateways are always secure. We are not able to see any of your private account information... Only you and your payment gateway can see that info.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, not at this time. With ever-changing VAT rules and tariffs, I am not shipping internationally at this time.
What is your refund policy?
For jewelry orders, all sales are final. If your jewelry arrives broken but your box was not damaged, please contact us! It's very rare that our jewelry arrives damaged, but sometimes things happen. I can make repairs or adjustments to existing pieces.
For malas that slip over your head, please measure your head size with a fabric tape measure, not yarn, for an accurate measurement. Sometimes yarn stretches and will not give an accurate size. Mala's cannot be easily adjusted for a larger measurement; they have to be completely restrung.
If your item is damaged in shipping, YOU need to keep the original box and file a claim with USPS or UPS. They require the original box to make a final decision on a refund. We cannot contact the shipping carriers for a refund; only the customer can.
How may I go about contacting you?
If you are having trouble, or just want to ask a question, use our contact form, email us or contact us on Instagram (or Facebook).
