Shipping – Essential Chi Jewelry


Our shipping times range between 7 to 14 business days depending on where you reside and shipping speed selected. We ship both domestic and internationally (to select countries).

  • If you reside in the United States; Expect to see your package within 1 to 2 weeks.
  • If you reside outside of the United States; Expect to receive your package within 2 to 6 weeks. 

Covid-19 International Shipping:

Due to the recent pandemic, shipping internationally has been suspended in certain countries. To see an updated list, visit the USPS International Service Alerts page.  

Customs and international shipping:

Some countries may require that you pay customs fees and/or tax fees on your products. This isn't necessarily an issue regarding our shipping method, but rather an international shipping issue in some countries. The shipping services go through regular custom clearances, which is the reason why the customers might have to pay any applicable taxes and/or duties in some countries. You may want to contact your local area to find out about customs fees.

 If you haven't received your product in those time frames, don't worry, we will take care of you!  Use our contact form, and we will make sure you're taken care of, no matter what!

Our goal is to make sure our customers are happy. If your item is lost or broken, we will do what we can to resolve the issue. ... let us know how we can help.

Buying multiple items / Open box policy: If you have purchased in multiple transactions, I can combine shipping if the first purchased item has not been shipped yet. Any shipping overages will be refunded once the final postage has been paid. 

If you want to hold your order and combine shipping on new products coming to the shop at a later time, please purchase your first order and make a note in the comments section at checkout. You can also send an Email or Social Media DM. 

Item damaged in shipping:

If you have ordered before, you know we try to go above and beyond to protect the crystals from damage. Occasionally items break during shipping which is out of our control. For orders over $100 we add extra insurance at no cost to you, for orders under $100 and mailed priority, insurance is included. 

For damaged items we can no longer make claims to USPS due to their new rules. You, as the customer, must SAVE YOUR DAMAGED BOX in order to make a claim. To file a claim, go to USPS claims page, and fill out the info online, when you receive a claim number, they will eventually ask you to bring in your damaged box to inspect. I know it's lame, but this is out of our control.
