Shipping

Our processing times are 1 to 5 days. I am a one-woman shop, and I do my best to prioritize your order. All packages are gift-wrapped with care instructions, and a polishing cloth is provided for copper jewelry.

Our shipping times range between 1 and 7 business days, depending on where you reside and the shipping speed selected. We ship domestically only at this time.

International Shipping:

Due to the recent tariffs and VAT laws, shipping internationally has been suspended indefinitely. 

If you haven't received your product in those time frames, don't worry, we will take care of you!  Use our contact form, and we will make sure you're taken care of, no matter what!

Our goal is to make sure our customers are happy. If your item is lost or broken, we will do what we can to resolve the issue. ... let us know how we can help.

Buying multiple items / Open box policy: If you have purchased in multiple transactions, I can combine shipping if the first purchased item has not been shipped yet. Any shipping overages will be refunded once the final postage has been paid. 

If you want to hold your order and combine shipping on new products coming to the shop at a later time, please purchase your first order and make a note in the comments section at checkout. You can also send an Email. 

Item damaged in shipping:

If you have ordered before, you know we try to go above and beyond to protect the crystals from damage. Occasionally, items break during shipping, which is out of our control. For orders over $100, we add extra insurance at no cost to you; for orders under $100, insurance is included. 

For damaged items, we can no longer make claims to USPS due to their new rules. You, as the customer, must SAVE YOUR DAMAGED BOX in order to make a claim. To file a claim, go to USPS claims page, and fill out the info online. When you receive a claim number, they will eventually ask you to bring in your damaged box to inspect. I know it's lame, but this is out of our control.
